Diane Kruger will be the face of Calvin Klein’s new fragrance

The beautiful German actress Diane Kruger will be the new face of Calvin Klein’s perfume – Beauty.
Kruger, who will front the campaign for promotion of the new fragrance this fall, follows in the footsteps of Kate Moss, Christy Tarlingtan, Eva Mendes, Natalie Vodyanova and Scarlett Johansson, who have all fronted campaigns for the brand.

The 'Inglourious Basterds' beauty gave up the fashion industry and tried her
hand at acting because she found posing for photographs dull.
She said: "Modelling got really boring. It wasn't fulfilling for me, coming
from ballet. I wanted to do something else, I just felt that this wasn't my
love."Diane, who is dating actor Joshua Jackson, admits she has to regularly "push" and "challenge" herself to stop her work life becoming monotonous.

Disney Pixar`s Up opened Cannes Film Festival

The 62nd Festival was opened for the first time with an animation film.
Disney Pixar's Up is the story of an old man who achieves his dream of flying
away to the wilds of South America when he ties thousands of balloons to his
house, only to discover that a nine-year-old boy explorer has stowed away with
him.The film features the voices of Christopher Plummer and John Ratzenberger and is directed by Pete Docter, of Monsters Inc and Toy Story fame.
