The main event organized by Altaroma is AltaRomAltaModa, which coincides with the two annual appointments of Roman fashion week, in January and in July. Countless occasions for meetings between historic Italian fashion houses and new international creative and production realities. A week of appointments, not only runway shows but 'never-seen-before' unique locations at which to experience the unique synergy between design, art and fashion.This year the presentation of the Fall-Winter 2011 Haute Couture collections started on 10th July and takes place until 14th July.

French fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier presented his first haute couture collection in Russia at a Moscow's Kazansky train station. At the show attended many Russian celebrities – actors, pop stars, as well as fashion designers. Gaultier opened his first boutique in the centre of Moscow in 2005. He was surprised by the pace of change the city had seen since then.

Dior showed romantic, sensual and elegant collection at Paris Fashion Week

On 25 January 2010 during Paris Fashion Week was showcased the Spring-Summer 2010 High Fashion collection of the French fashion designer John Galliano for Dior.With its Haute couture collection of refined riding clothes, Dior invited the chic women of the world to saddle up and ditch their handbags for a truly useful accessory: the riding crop. Kylie Minogue, one of a gaggle of A-list guests, said she was sure such an accessory could come in handy.
