Ermenegildo Zegna and Blake Griffin with a made-to-measure suiting event
Earlier this month, Italian luxury men's fashion label Ermenegildo Zegna and Los Angeles Clippers player Blake Griffin hosted a made-to-measure event, 15 % of which proceeds were donated to Team Griffin - Blake's former basketball team, which he now sponsors.
The event was held at the the Zegna's Rodeo Drive boutique on June 8, 2016. Among the celebrities, who joined it were L.A. Galaxy soccer player Robbie Rogers and actors Julian Morris, Justice Smith, Mo McRae and Terrence 'J' Jenkins.
Griffin was dressed in a slim-fit blue Ermenegildo Zegna made-to-measure two-button suit paired with a white dress shirt (also Zegna) without necktie, brown belt and brown shoes.
The basketball player shared that he first wore Zegna in 2009/2010 and ever since he is 'stuck' with brand's made-to-measure pieces.
'My style is a little bit more simple, a little bit more classic. I try to dress it up with small pieces of something bold - instead of going the route of everything bold which is not really my style', Griffin also revealed.
