Katie Holmes with a sheer dress at Mission Impossible 4 premiere

The popular actress Katie Holmes, wife of  the legendary Tom Cruise proved that she can dress stylish. She wore a  sheer polkadot Holmes & Yang dress and impressed everyone at the New York premiere of Tom Cruise's 4th Mission Impossible movie.

The 33-year-old actress told Elle magazine: "We (her and Queen Vic Beckham) go to the same events, and we'll call each other to ask, 'What color are you wearing?' I'm always interested in what she's liking for the season."

In fact Katie's dress is part of her own fashion line with stylist Jeanne Yang. "We just wanted to do comfortable clothes that you can wear going from a meeting to being a mom to going on a date.", says Katie about the collection.

Katie combined the sheer dress with opaque tights and sky-scraper heels.

The Hollywood couple were joined at the premiere by Tom's sexy co-stars Paula Patton, Josh Holloway, er, Simon Pegg and Queen Latifah.
