Nicki Minaj is the new face of Roberto Cavalli

Nicki Minaj was chosen to shoot the ad campaign for Spring/Summer collection of the brand in 2015, because she embodies the modern femininity of "Cavalli woman."
The brand explained that they chose Minaj to encourage women to like their bodies.
"In recent years, women hide their figures in clothing. With this campaign we want to send a strong message to women who need to be aware of their bodies and not afraid to show them," explained the fashion house.
For the Autumn/Winter campaign, the face of the brand was Rita Ora, a colleague of Nicki Minaj.
