Sarah Jessica Parker will probably become the new face of Halston

The 'Sex and the City' actress is in talks for a major endorsement deal with the American fashion house, following her previous contracts with Garnier and Gap, according to reports.
US website E!Online claims: "Not that we need any proof of Sarah Jessica Parker's status as a true fashion icon, but we're hearing she's in talks for a major endorsement deal.
"A source reports that the 'Sex and the City' star may be the new face of revived American fashion house Halston."
Earlier this month, the star was pictured on the set of the 'Sex and the City' movie sequel wearing a white dress from the upcoming Halston Heritage Spring 2010 collection.
In addition to her endorsement deals, Sarah also released her own fashion line, Bitten, in 2007.
She also has a successful fragrance collection, which launched in 2005 with 'Lovely', and has been followed by four further fragrances.
Sarah fits the bill of Marios Schwab's vision for Halson.
When appointed in July, the brand's new creative director said he wanted to build on the firm's reputation for working with strong women, but was also planning to push its aesthetic forward.
He said: "For me, the brand is very well known for the women it dressed - Bianca Jagger was a favourite Halstonette - capturing a decadence and glamour. I want to embrace this. But paying homage is one thing but you need to bring it to the future. A modern view point is what I want to give - it's crucial for future success."
