Lancome released new, eco friendly makeup collection for Spring/Summer 2011

Disco-style inspires the new Lancome lipstick The season Spring/Summer 2011 marked the triumphant return on the stage of the “retro style” trend: the collections of many designers are strongly influenced by the style o the 70s.

Following that trend, the cosmetics giant Lancome released a limited edition seventies inspired lipstick, called “Lancome French Touch Absolu”. It is inspired by the icons of the 70s and the legendary Studio 54. The packaging looks like a glam disco ball and the main color juicy berry, which is universally flattering and wearable by everyone. The lipstick has a hint of gold shimmer, going along with the whole disco theme and it is made by 96% natural ingredients.

The series of natural makeup include also a “lavender range” for spring and summer 2011 seasons. The green-ecological products are 100% natural and innovative. Apart of that, this makeup has comfortable texture and rich, natural color. The 70s spirit is caught in the Ultra-Lavender palette, which includes lip glosses, eye shadows, pencils and lipsticks with rich minerals and purely natural formula.
