Miley Cyrus was a vision in white at the 2013 Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscars Party at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood on Sunday night. The provocative singer-actress chose a sleek, backless Azzaro gown, which flaunted her Pilates-toned frame.

The young star wore a black fishnet Marc Jacobs sequin dress (from the Fall 2013 Ready-to-Wear collection) that featured long sleeves, a crew neckline, allover fishnet sequin embroidery, a back keyhole and a floor-length hem. Since the entire dress was see-through, Miley wore a nude underlay which we think still worked.

Miley Cyrus decided to have fun with patterns for her pantsuit for the Billboard Music Awards. She’s enjoying pantsuits. The pattern of her dress makes me think of a checkerboard. The pattern with this knit is completely unexpected. There’s no question Miley is cultivating an edgy, punk-rock type of look these days.

The singer picked a black leather miniskirt and sheer blouse worn over a triangle-top bra (both from Saint Laurent). She accessorized it with white platform pumps, jewelry from Lorraine Schwartz.

The 20-year-old singer wore a dress that said “Please Stop Violence” and featured the faces of The Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur, two rappers who were the victims of violence at a young age.
