High stress and nervousness also adversely affect the hair. These factors slow its growth, the roots do not receive the necessary nourishment and the hair becomes lifeless. This is usually most noticeable 1-2 months after the peak of stress.
Experts advise to do more walking in the fresh air, more sports, not to ignore any form of exercise. And some people just need to settle down, relax and start sleeping better.
