Christian Louboutin at the Rio Olympics
In celebration of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, Christian Louboutin has teamed up with the French E-concept store SportyHenri.com to support the Cuban National delegation as Official Supplier of the Celebratory Outfit. For the project, chic non-performance footwear was created to be worn by the athletes at formal occasions, in particular the Closing Ceremony. The shoe designs take visual cues not only from Cuban heritage but from the athletes themselves. Serving as a strong source of inspiration and guidance, the Cuban athletes as well as several former athletes had an active part in shaping the final collection.

Fashion designer Stella McCartney will work with "Adidas" to create the clothing of British athletes for the Olympics 2016.
H&M’s Olympic collection
The Olympic Collection includes outfits for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, as well as a full and extensive wardrobe for training and leisure in the Olympic Village. In addition, H&M will also produce competition outfits for the Swedish Olympic Team for figure skating, curling, slopestyle free skiing, slopestyle snowboarding and mogul skiing.

Stella McCartney officially launching her Olympic collection
Adidas and Stella McCartney officially launching The Kit - exclusive Olympic collection designed specially for Team GB. The collection design is inspired by the British flag. “The first place to start on a project like this is to look at the Union flag. For me it’s one of the most beautiful flags in the world and it was important for me to stay true to that iconic design but also to modernise it and present it in a contemporary way", says Stella. She has accounted for everything, right down to the smallest of details.
