Fashion house Christian Dior remover all doubt for its ability to be one of the top fashion brands with its collection of women's dresses for Spring-Summer 2012, presented at Paris Fashion Week.
The show at Rodin Museum gathered the high society and was the second show of Christian Dior without the designer John Galliano, who was the art director of the company in the past 15 years. Designer of the new collection is the former deputy of Galliano - the British Bill Gaytten.
Dior suspends designer John Galliano after arrest
Fashion house Dior said on Friday it had suspended chief designer John Galliano pending the outcome of a police enquiry into allegations he assaulted a couple and used anti-Semitic insults in a Paris bar.
"The House of Dior declares with the greatest firmness its policy of zero tolerance with regard to any anti-Semitic or racist statement or attitude," Dior boss Sidney Toledano said in a statement.
"Pending the outcome of the enquiry, Christian Dior has suspended John Galliano from all duties."

This time when creating his collection for Dior, John Galliano was inspired by the work of Rene Gruau - a famous artist-illustrator.
Tight jackets, magnificent shoulders, deep necklines and tailored skirts to the knee were the center of the collection with 1950s flavour. Galliano went all-out for volume, enveloping his models in layers of tulle as they flowed down the runway.

The designer - who works for Christian Dior, as well as his own self-titled label - loves catwalk shows because they bring his creations to life.
He explained: "If a picture paints a thousand words, a show has 20 minutes to bring the muse, the mood and the feel of a whole season to life. I want to seduce all your senses.
"If the clothes are the script, the models are the silent sirens that have to bring the story alive. I love using theatre and magic to tell the tale."

surrounded by models hurriedly getting dressed.
He attempted to recreate the mayhem on stage, with the couture outfits available to order as sets.

The exhibition is on view at the Metropolitan from May 6 through August 9, 2009.
