Heaven by Marc Jacobs Collaborates with London-based Brand Kiko Kostadinov
Heaven by Marc Jacobs has collaborated with London-based brand Kiko Kostadinov (Bulgarian by origin) on a sixteen-piece capsule collection of clothing and accessories. Combining the visual identities of both brands, the universe of Laura and Deanna Fanning, creatives behind Kiko Kostadinov womenswear meat the abundant work of Marc Jacobs. The brands collabroated with London-based artist Connor Beesley on a series of works that appear stamped, patched and appliquéd onto jersey and knit archetypes and form the graphic language for the Heaven by Kiko Kostadinov collection.

Images from Madonna's latest Louis Vuitton campaign have apparently leaked on line
In the images, Madonna is reclining on a chair wearing a vivid pink and black puff-sleeved silk ruffled shirt with lacy fingerless gloves, clutching an oversized Louis Vuitton bag bearing the fashion house's signature print.
The pictures - which were taken in New York in April by Steven Meisel - are rumoured to be accompanied by a video of the 50-year-old singer.
Steven shot the last set of pictures featuring Madonna after taking over from Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, who had worked on Louis Vuitton campaigns for six years.

he Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion, the spring 2009 exhibition organized by The Costume Institute of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, explores the reciprocal relationship between high fashion and evolving ideals of beauty, focusing on iconic fashion models in the latter half of the 20th century and their roles in projecting, and sometimes inspiring, the fashion of their respective eras. The exhibition is on view at the Metropolitan from May 6 through August 9, 2009.
