FXMirror is an augmented-reality based virtual fitting room system, an innovative retail and marketing solution for fashion retailers. An electronic mirror is combined with an extra-large smart pad, incorporating infrared and RGB cameras. This enables shoppers to virtually try on clothes before taking their final selection to the dressing room, or even buy clothes, without the tedium to dress and undress in shops.

Brazilian designer created "invisible" shoes
Brazilian designer Andreia Chavez has made this marvelous pair of invisible shoes "mirror-covered shoes that, by reflecting the ground around them, look like you’re seeing through them to the ground behind."
This shoe is basically a wedge of mirrors, which appear as though they would pinch and slice the sides of your feet like a blade of a shaver.

Six hundred fewer tons of plastic in the environment in 2011: this is the green result that Benetton Group will achieve by introducing innovative, lightweight liquid wood clothes hangers – 100% biodegradable and recyclable – in place of the plastic hangers usually used to display garments.
